The falling helicopter was once again lifted up by an invisible force when it was still dozens of meters from the ground, and then gently and steadily placed on a relatively intact street.
After doing all this, Chu Hang's figure disappeared in the air, and the next second, he appeared in the center of the battlefield between Hulk and Abomination.
He landed precisely between the two giants, less than twenty meters away from both.
"Hey, you two big guys." He dusted off non-existent dust from his clothes, looked up at the two monsters who had paused their actions because of his sudden appearance, and gave them a friendly smile. "Excuse me, could I take up a little of your time?"
A hint of confusion flashed in Hulk's angry green eyes.
But hatred was different. In his eyes, filled with both tyranny and wisdom, there was only contempt and cruelty for this reckless intruder.
"Another worm coming to its death!" Abomination roared, and with a mighty swing of its massive arm, thicker than a water bucket, it slammed down on Chu Hang's head.
That punch is enough to smash a building into ruins.
However, Chu Hang simply stood still, without moving an inch.
Just as the enormous fist was about to smash into his head, a semi-transparent spatial ripple, almost imperceptible to the naked eye, flashed past above his head.
[Spatial Curvature Barrier]
The hateful fist seemed to have struck a viscous, invisible jelly. The terrifying power, capable of splitting mountains and shattering rocks, was strangely twisted, folded, and then... vanished the moment it touched that ripple.
The cruel smile on his face froze, replaced by an incredulous astonishment. He felt as if he had punched a cotton ball with all his might, all his strength completely dissipated.
"Not bad strength," Chu Hang commented, then stretched out his hand and unleashed energy in his Twin Star form, blasting the Abomination away.
He then immediately used teleportation to appear next to Hulk.
He could clearly sense the raging gamma energy within Hulk, like a volcano poised to erupt at any moment. And what sustained this energy was an intense, pure rage.
This is exactly what he wanted.
"System, target locked, prepare to copy," Chu Hang silently commanded in his mind.
[Target: The Hulk (Bruce Banner)]
[List of replicable capabilities:]
[1. S-Rank - Infinite Fury: Converts anger into pure physical power; there is no limit to either anger or power. Note: This ability is optimized by the system, allowing the host to maintain sanity during the conversion process.]
[2. Class A - Gamma Radiation Body: Completely immune to all gamma rays and most strong radiation; body tissues possess exceptional regenerative and adaptive capabilities.]
【3. Grade B - Super Jump: ...】
Chu Hang's gaze immediately locked onto the first option.
A boundless rage that maintains rationality? That's practically a divine skill tailor-made for him!
"It's up to you!"
Hulk seemed to sense some kind of threat, and he roared uneasily, raising his huge fist high.
Just then, a violent tremor came from the distant building that had been smashed by the abomination. The terrifying monster had actually stood up again, albeit unsteadily. He looked disheveled, but his wounds were healing at a visible speed.
"You insect... I'll kill you!" The hateful roar was filled with endless resentment.
He saw Chu Hang standing in front of Hulk, a cunning glint in his eyes. Instead of charging directly at Chu Hang, he grabbed the wreckage of a nearby military helicopter and, with all his might, hurled it towards Hulk!
His goal was clear: he wanted to use Hulk as a shield to make these two seemingly allies kill each other.
The helicopter wreckage traced a deadly arc through the air, hurtling towards Hulk. Hulk seemed oblivious, staring blankly at the approaching steel monster.
"What a troublesome guy."
Chu Hang sighed, and his figure vanished from the spot in an instant.
The next second, he appeared beside Hulk, and just before the helicopter wreckage was about to hit Hulk, he reached out his right hand and gently pressed it against the twisted steel.
"Space Exile".
The massive helicopter wreckage vanished silently into the air the moment his palm touched it, like a popped soap bubble, and he tossed it into some unknown subspace.
After doing all this, Chu Hang casually patted Hulk's muscular, rock-hard shoulder.
"Stop spacing out, big guy."
[Ding! Contact successful. Initiating ability copying [S-Rank - Infinite Fury]...]
[Copy successful! Ability beginning to merge with host...]
A strange feeling welled up inside Chu Hang. He felt as if his emotions had been connected to a brand new amplifier. He could clearly feel the suppressed, subtle dissatisfaction, irritability, and even anger deep within him being amplified infinitely at this moment, and then forcibly compressed and purified by a stronger rationality, ultimately transforming into a pure force that could be mobilized at will, merging into his limbs and bones.
"This feeling..." Chu Hang clenched his fist, feeling the explosive power stirring within him, and couldn't help but smile slightly. "It's... amazing."
He turned around and looked at the loathsome man who was rushing towards him with a look of astonishment on his face.
"Okay, warm-up is over."
Chu Hang crouched down slightly, and spiderweb-like cracks instantly spread across the asphalt road beneath his feet, centered on his feet.
"Now, I'll show you what real power is."
He didn't use any spatial abilities; he simply swung his right fist in the direction of the abomination.
[Infinite Rage]
"boom--!!!"
The air itself was shattered by that punch.
A visible white shockwave, formed purely by physical force, spread out in a fan shape. Wherever the shockwave passed, it carved a trench several meters deep into the ground, and the glass of all the buildings on both sides of the street instantly turned to dust!
Before Abomination could even react, he was struck head-on by this irresistible and terrifying force. His proud, tough skin and bone armor, which even artillery shells couldn't penetrate, were as fragile as paper before this punch.
His chest armor shattered inch by inch, and his massive body flew backward like a kite with a broken string, tracing a long parabola in the air before crashing heavily into a square hundreds of meters away, where he remained motionless.
Hulk stared blankly at the scene, then looked at the tiny human beside him, his green eyes filled with great confusion.
He let out a few low growls, and his massive body involuntarily took two steps back.
On the distant street, General Ross, who had just climbed out of the helicopter, saw the devastating punch through his binoculars. He was struck dumb, frozen in place. The cigar in his hand fell to the ground, and his mouth gaped open wide enough to fit an egg.
Chu Hang withdrew his fist and shook his hand as if he had just swatted a fly.
He turned to look at Hulk and saw that the giant's anger was rapidly subsiding, his green skin was fading, and his massive body was slowly shrinking.
Bruce Banner is going back to normal.
Chu Hang walked to his side, took off his suit jacket, and prepared to put it on him after he turned back.
Just then, the ear-piercing roar of engines grew louder as they approached. A dozen military Humvees and armored vehicles surrounded the area.
General Ross, accompanied by a squad of fully armed soldiers, jumped out of the vehicle, their dark gun barrels all aimed at Banner, who was transforming back into human form.
"Don't move! The target is losing its threat! Prepare to capture him alive!" General Ross roared, his eyes gleaming with greed.
Chu Hang sighed, stepped forward, and stood between Banner and the army.
“General Ross, is that right?” He looked at the old man whose face was full of paranoia and madness, and said in a calm voice, “I suggest you have your men put down their guns.”
"Who are you? Get out of here immediately! This is military business!" General Ross shouted sternly.
"Me?" Chu Hang chuckled. "I'm the guy who just punched the monster that dozens of your tanks couldn't handle. Now, I'll say it again: put down your gun, and take your men and get out of here."
"You are obstructing military operations! I have the right to shoot you on the spot!" General Ross was enraged by Chu Hang's contemptuous attitude and drew his pistol.
“You can try.” Chu Hang’s eyes turned cold. “But I guarantee that before you pull the trigger, all your weapons and those of all your men will be reduced to a pile of scrap metal.”
Just as tensions were rising, several black Chevrolet SUVs sped up and came to an abrupt stop between the army and Chu Hang.
The car door opened, and Phil Coulson stepped out with a team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
“General Ross,” Coulson said with a smile, handing over a document, “According to the highest directives of the Strategic Homeland Defense, Attack and Logistics Agency, this area is now under our control. Including… Dr. Bruce Banner.”
General Ross stared at the glaring badge and signature on the document, his face turning as black as the bottom of a pot.
"This is my action!"
“It used to be.” Coulson’s smile remained unchanged, but his tone left no room for argument.
Chu Hang watched this scene and nodded in satisfaction. He walked to Coulson's side and whispered, "Tell Fury that he owes me one. Dr. Banner needs a quiet place, not a military prison. If the military gives him any more trouble, I'll personally go have tea with General Ross."
Coulson stiffened slightly and nodded solemnly: "I will relay this truthfully."
After saying that, he directed his men to carefully lift Banner, who had completely transformed back into human form and was unconscious, onto the car using a specially made stretcher.
A familiar figure—Betty Ross—also ran out of one of the vehicles, looking worriedly at Banner on the stretcher.
Watching the departing convoy and General Ross, who was trembling with anger because his credit had been stolen, Chu Hang stretched.
The night breeze in New York felt quite nice on my skin.
He took out his phone and dialed Tony's number.
"Hey Tony, guess what I just saw? A huge guy, playing with a helicopter like a baseball. When can your new toy fly?"
Chapter 85 Special Advisor to S.H.I.E.L.D.
Tony Stark remained silent for a full five seconds on the other end of the phone.
Chu Hang could even imagine his expression at that moment, a complex mix of disbelief, extreme displeasure, and intense curiosity.
"A helicopter...playing baseball?" Tony's voice sounded like it was being squeezed out through clenched teeth. "Are you sure you're not watching a live B-movie monster movie?"
"That's way more exciting than that." Chu Hang chuckled. "By the way, I punched that other big guy and sent him flying hundreds of meters. He's probably still stuck in some building somewhere, unable to be dug out. Okay, I can't chat with you anymore. I need to take care of some loose ends. Remember, if your new toy doesn't make its debut soon, you won't get any invitations to these parties anymore."
After saying that, Chu Hang hung up the phone.
In the basement studio of his Malibu villa, Tony Stark stood there, holding his phone, his expression shifting between anger and uncertainty.
He had just seen the devastation in Harlem, as if it had been struck by a meteorite, and the blurry image of the two giants wreaking havoc, through the satellite channel Jarvis connected to. He knew Chu Hang wasn't lying.
One punch... sent him flying hundreds of meters?
This pure, violent, and unimaginable physical force deeply stirred Tony's proud heart.
He can fly, fire energy cannons, and make precise calculations. But this raw, brute-force beauty is something his Iron Man armor currently lacks.
"Jarvis!" He turned abruptly, his eyes burning with fierce fighting spirit. "Simplify all the testing procedures for Mark 4! I don't care what methods you use, I want to see it fly within 24 hours!"
"Sir, this is not in accordance with safety procedures..."
"Then rewrite the regulations!" Tony rudely interrupted Jarvis. "Now, immediately, right now!"
Three days later, in New York, on the top floor of a private club that is not open to the public.
