Before it could even react, it had been severely injured. This was the worst injury it had suffered in its nearly one hundred years in this world.
Before Registeel's explosive roar could finish, his body suddenly vanished. Reappearing in his original spot was Adai, who was still asleep with his eyes closed, his movements resembling sleepwalking.
"It's that sleep-talking move again!" Wang Qiyi turned to look for Registeel's location. Adai had used a Psychic-type status move—Touch Field. Even the mighty Registeel, a guardian deity, couldn't withstand the onslaught at this point. First, it was cursed, then roasted by a fire-type attack that it was weak against. Before it could recover, it was switched to water. This water pool was strategically placed; it was Red's "Escape" move that temporarily transformed the Steel-type Registeel into a Water-type. The fact that it managed to struggle to escape the pool under such a powerful attack demonstrates Registeel's strength. Although Gamabunta's attack power was the weakest in the entire team, for Registeel, which was already at its limit, this was the last straw. Being a Water-type, it was also vulnerable to Grass-type moves and was swept back into the water by the green storm.
With a deafening roar, four more bolts of lightning struck the pool, and the water fell silent. Not far away, Ah-Dai woke up and opened his eyes: "Is the battle over?"
